Recently, we acquired Mercer’s association's business. This agreement was announced in January 2022 and was finalized on April 1st, 2022. Currently, we are working through a thoughtful and deliberate transition plan. Over the next few months, you might begin to see the AMBA name and logo appear alongside information regarding your association and benefits.
While your benefits will now be provided by AMBA, the team you know and trust will continue to serve you while working with your association. There is nothing you need to do. All your current payments and billings will remain the same. If you had previously authorized automatic payments through bank draft or credit card your information is secure and will remain unchanged.
